Delivery timelines are estimates only and depend on location and carrier performance. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or third-party logistics failures. Tracking information is provided via email upon shipment.

6. Returns & Refunds

Unused, undamaged items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after item inspection. Shipping fees for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
